Politician like Biden, Pelosi and any others who claim to be Catholic yet support activities that are in opposition to the Catholic teachings should be excommunicated by the Pope.

Actually politicians who choose to govern using religion should be removed from office. Their first priority should always be what is best for the country, not what is best for the pope.

He said that he'd been in three near-shooting instances, and in one instance, a shot had landed outside the building where he and other senators were staying. He added that the vehicle he was traveling in the day before might have also been hit.

Biden aides later added greater detail of the other two instances to The Hill: In the same 2005 trip, they said a bullet narrowly missed a helicopter Biden and his staff were flying in en route to the Baghdad airport from the Green Zone.
They also said that in 2004, while Biden was leaving Iraq in a C-130 cargo airplane, the plane's anti-missile system was triggered, signaling the plane had been shot by a surface-to-air missile.
Patrick Campbell, legislative director for Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, told The Hill at the time Biden should be precise in how he describes his experience in combat zones.

(CNN)A Texas woman charged in connection with the Capitol insurrection has asked a federal judge to let her travel to Mexico for a "work-related bonding retreat," according to court records.

Jenny Cudd, a flower shop owner and unsuccessful mayoral candidate from Midland, wrote to a federal judge on Monday asking for permission to visit Riviera Maya, Mexico, for a four-day retreat this month. The court docket for her case doesn't yet show a response from the judge.

She was charged with two misdemeanors -- knowingly entering a restricted building and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds -- and was released shortly after her arrest in January. The Justice Department didn't try to keep her jail before trial, an aggressive move they've reserved for the handful of riot-related defendants accused of violent crimes and conspiracies.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Wednesday said the U.S. Space Force "absolutely" has the "full support" of the Biden administration and said they are "not revisiting the decision" to establish the sixth branch of the U.S. military as she cleaned up comments from a day earlier.

Psaki’s comments come after she came under criticism for comments she made during the press briefing Tuesday, where she seemingly mocked a question from a reporter who asked whether President Biden would keep the scope of the Space Force.

PSAKI ACCUSED OF MAKING FUN OF SPACE FORCE



During Wednesday’s press briefing, a Fox News correspondent pointed to the top Republican on the House Armed Services Committee, Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Ala., who demanded Psaki apologize for her comments. Fox News asked Psaki whether she would apologize.

"I did send a tweet last night, you may not all be on Twitter, maybe they’re not on Twitter, that said we invite the members of Space Force here to provide an update to all of you on the important work they’re doing," Psaki said, adding that she looks "forward to seeing continued updates from their team."

When asked whether the Space Force has the "full support" of the Biden administration, Psaki said "absolutely."

"They absolutely have the full support of the Biden administration," Psaki said. "And we are not revisiting the decision to establish the Space Force."

"The desire for the Department of Defense to focus greater attention and resources on the growing security challenges in space has long been a bipartisan issue, informed by numerous independent commissions and studies conducted across multiple administrations," Psaki continued, adding that "thousands of men and women proudly serve" in the Space Force.

Psaki added that the Space Force "was established by Congress and any other steps would actually have to be taken by Congress, not by the administration."

Fox News also asked about NASA’s program to return Americans to the moon by 2024, and what President Biden’s plan would be on the program.

I just got notice from my LP gas man, he expects LP gas to jump up 70% .... I just might have to install a wood stove and heater in my home.

650,000 government cars/trucks, Ford and GM products can't handle the load and then there's the cost of those charging stations that run on electricity that is produced by FOSSIL FUELS ...

is the government going to buy us all two electric cars? and charging stations? I know here in NC the closest charging stations are in Raleigh (50 miles away) or RTP that's closer to 70miles away, or Fayetteville which is also about 70miles away.
