Nearly three-quarters of Democrats now say President Biden could win if he runs for another White House term in 2024, according to a new USA Today-Ipsos poll.

The share of Democratic voters who believe Biden can win the next presidential election jumped 11 points from August, when 60 percent expressed some confidence in Biden.

They have had 10 years since the "Dream Act of 2012" in which to take action but haven't. So why now? Democrats are trying to do this now because they knew that if they had tried earlier this year, they would have lost the control of the Senate a would havew suffered an even bigger loss in the House.
