Harvard Says It Will Not Comply With Trump Administration’s Demands The university said the requested policy changes would have placed “unprecedented” demands on the institution, setting up a showdown between the Trump administration and the nation’s wealthiest university.

So basically F U Trump Administration

AOC and Bernie Sanders made a stop in Bakersfield today. (I wonder why they are touring the US instead of doing what they were elected to do in DC?) Of that reported 4,000 plus there very few, other than the counter protesters and the news media, were actually from Kern County. Many were bused in from elsewhere. After the "event" MAGA outside and admitted that they were paid to attend and were brought here on buses. In addition over half the vehicles in the neighboring parking structure were not local, either out of state plates or out of county decals, bumper stickers and decals. https://www.kget.com/news/local-news...david-valadao/

Laugh out loud!!!!! "Wreaking Chaos" Trump's tariffs haven't even had a chance to do anything of substance to the state's families. Meanwhile California is in a financial crisis due to its own state government.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed legislation Monday to close a $2.8 billion budget gap in the state's Medicaid services and ensure coverage through June for 15 million people, including immigrants, who receive health care via the program.

As an example of what California's liberal government has done to its citizens:
The national average gas price is $3.169 as of 4/16/2025
The average price in California is $4.866 as of 4/16/2025

                          Source https://gasprices.aaa.com/?state=CA

And the price of gasoline affects the price of everything that has to be transported to market or requires farm equipment to harvest. And the people that it hurts the most are those with the least amount of income, the people that the liberals claim to represent, you know, the ones bsm2 claims California's AG is suing to protect.

It's funny how all you magatrons dismiss California. Don't you know it the largest contributor to the US economy, while most red states are net receivers. That should tell you all you need to know about which party is better with economies.
If course none of you seem capable of understanding that.
