    translating non English language posts

Is there a setting on this forum that will automatically translate posts that are not in English?

    Just wondering.

    Thanks

I don't think so. However, when I feel the need to translate what should have already been translated to English, I just highlight the text in the post, the copy it and paste into Google translate, which is bookmarked in my browser. Pretty easy.

I know how not to get lost in translation. Recently I had a difficult assignment, to translate a book from Traditional Chinese to English. It was very difficult.

Should be no problem unless you first have to put it into electronic form. Google translate can do complete documents. There may be a size limit but you can just break it into parts.

I don't think any forum I use/d has such functionality.
Like others said I use Google translate if feels like I can help.
