I'm an instant gratification kind of fella...I haven't the patience to wait for the oven to heat up.

With Dutch and French roots....and ick...I do not care for that sauce....give me a hot sauce anytime...something that goes with hot wings....which oddly enough I WILL put in the toaster oven to reheat.

I've had beers in North America & Europe, they are pretty good, but nothing beats a good Aussie beer. I know some guys who can finish off a slab of 24 no problems at all.

How to chill a beer in under 5 minutes.
1. Place cans or bottles in a pot or container.
2.Pack as much ice as you can.
3.Pour half a box of salt on top
4. put water in half way up side of pot
5. wait 3 min.

The salt melting the ice uses the same principle as an ice cream maker.

Now, speaking of beer... there is good old portland oregon, sometimes called, "Beervana". We have 29 brewpubs in just the city, alone. It is also hops harvest time, so if you like IPA's or other hoppy beers, this is the time to be here.

Another method:
Lay a warm beer down in a bed of ice. Kind of push it down until its 1/2 way buried in the ice. Then spin the can like a log/barrelfor 3 minutes. The centrifical force will get the cold liquid from the edges thruout the can fast. (an old Navy trick)

You guy's may start a new a new trend instead of drunk dialing or texting everyone will start drunk posting on forums haha. Seems like a tad scary thought on here. As for KenB you have brought back the memories of many sleepless nights of senior year in college with Cisco classes thank you so much haha, gonna be a long night.
