      This layoff is for the Mid-level employees, following their bigger layoff of lower-level personnel, and soon to be followed with another larger layoff of 'not quite mid-level-but-let's-not-label-them-as-low-level' employees, then a layoff of low-level personnel......
      2000 mockingbirds = 2 kilomockingbirds
