    Well Schock and TTR don't.

Update on TTR. Supposedly we're going to be refunded the charge for the shipping but not the cost of the hardware and supplies. According to them, we paid too much for the machine, or more than they're willing to cover. Sad to say that the retainer for our lawyer would be more than the cost of the machine. What f*ckin B*llshit!

But even if they said you paid too much for the equipment it shouldn't matter because you are insuring for a certain amount, if the equipment was a total lost they should be paying the insured amount. An easy way to combat this is get a quote from 3 different sources and then present it to them. As far as Shock have dealt with them 10 different times and only had 1 issue and Spencer was very reasonable to deal with and he handled the situation as I would have expected.

there are others, like Copy Carriers which do great.
Pick companies that know our industry.
I agree with BST!!! The drivers actually care about the machines and how they are loaded which is nice!

I would get a hold of their insurance carrier and put a claim in that way. You paid for the insurance for the level you felt it was worth and they gave you a quote based on that amount.

Unfortunately I don't know who their insurance carrier is. I attached the email where they admit the wrongdoing but will only refund the shipping cost and another file with pictures of the extensive damage. Both are PDFs.
