If the toner installer just waited for a while then removed the bottle they'd have black pants and shoes. I used to teach them to shine a flashlight though the opaque bottle to see what level the toner was at, then to tap on the end of the bottle to encourage it. And never to remove the bottle before you could see light all the way at the bottom/neck of the bottle. Once they'd gotten their shoes blackened once, they were generally eager to learn. =^..^=
    Yep same with iR5000's.

One air bubble blocking the toner flow and one black floor with our call controller screaming down the phone to them to wait for the tech to clear it up as the customers vac would probalbly coat the ceiling, ment that the customers found the hard way to listen to us when it came to loading the toner and generally looking after the machine.

    Amature...

I used to see worse messes from adding new toner to the old Toshiba 65ppm analog machines when the dev unit locked up and gave a false add.

...and I feel sorry for the waste management truck who got stuck with the dumpster I used to empty waste toner bottles from ALL the machines and ALL the spares at a production account.

Would you rather they aimed for the dev unit? Or the doc feed?

Why do they always aim for the control panel?

Whooa... A true handy peice of artwork....
I would have like to see some finger texture strokes in the final artwork.
I'm sure this person would have stuggling to beat my 5 year old grand daughters master piece.
I feel that is the age bracket we are dealing with in the given example.
