Pine nuts can be replaced with walnuts, not bad at all.
As per ingredients I prefer KISS principle. Basilic, salt, nuts, olive oil, garlic, Parmigiano.

Peanuts works real well with mint. I struggle to grow basil here but perennial wild basil grows easy but to strong for pesto IMO. I like to use whatever I can find.

I don't know. As for the kitchen, I like to cook my own food. However, sometimes it happens that I don't have enough time and energy to cook. So we can visit some place to eat and relax. I was told that in kitchen rental, the cuisine is pretty good. We have not gone there yet, but we are interested in this information because we need to organize an event.

That's some good advise there slim. You should follow it and stop double, triple and quadruple posting everything simply to increase your post count.

Went to London on Friday and for lunch I tried this place I had been there before and wasn't that impressed, but I thought I would try something new, kway teow soup noodles. It was tasteless, I dropped a bit of rice noodle, a pigeon came over, inspected it, declined the offer and made a quick exit.

Forgot to mention this place was recommended in the Guardian newspaper.
