    Re: FOOD

Choosing only one is a tough prospect for me as I like food in general and several different dishes but the one I would choose is a chorizo and mixed pepper pizza with BBQ pizza sauce as the base.

Have to give honourable mentions to slow cooked lamb shanks with veg and my mum's meat loaf!

And pretty much anything with Tabasco on it. If anyone wants to give me a gift, a gallon of the stuff will suffice...

I like both, but I prefer the regular for all food, but the green stuff on pizzas tastes great - and if you mix both, then it's heaven in your mouth! (Or hell, if you don't like hot food)

Well, I've won a couple of bets regarding eating hot food, if that's an indication of how hot I like it.

Lactose intolerant I would guess. One of my boys was lactose intolerant.
30-40 ml of Applecider vinegar in 1/4 cup of water first thing in the morning, may assit with digestion, also helps clear brain fog if your concerntration is low.
She might try eating a raw celery stick(controls stomach ulcer bateria heliobacter) during the day or a slice of pineapple(bromelin) first before meals. I could also show how to make a raw fruit&vege boost juice that would lift your energy levels all day. Mainly for active people though otherwise you may not be able to sleep.

Unfortunately, I was pretty young then, so I don't remember how to fix that. So I guess I'll just have to settle for reuben sandwiches.
Never tried sauerkraut. I believe it is fermented cabbage? What is a reuben sandwich, is that like spam or sauage meat ?
