Chinese Leaf parcels stuffed with Thai Pork mince

Prep time 15 minutes, cooking time 20 minutes, Serves 5

Ingredients:(I love bean sprouts so always use 100g but 75 can be enough!)

Preparationwhy not? Steaming vegies is a lot healthier than boiling and is good for fish as well!), wrap in foil, place on a wire rack over water in a roasting tray and cook over a high heat for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with rice or noodles and enjoy. YUM!

So it would appear I've been missing out on most of this thread. On the topic of hot sauce, this is the stuff I use

That stuff tops out at 357,000 SHU, or approximately the power of 71.4 jalapeno peppers. I typically only use it directly on my chicken wings when I decide to do up home made hot wings; else I'll dilute it to 1 parts 357 sauce, 10 parts (insert hotsauce). Unfortunately as you climb the scoville ladder, things often end up sacrificing flavour for heat. This stuff falls on the other side of the flavour fence so by itself it always seems to be lacking.

My usual go-to hot sauce is Frank's xtra hot or Frank's Buffalo sauce. I've always liked the vinegar-y sauces and always love hot wings any time, any place I can get 'em.

The Blair's Reserve line is too much. Take this for example, the infamous 2 AM Reserve Extract. https://www.mohotta.com/product/blai...erve/Hot-Sauce

This product is rated at 2,000,000 SHU or just over 5x as hot as the stuff I consume. THAT is too hot. There is no flavour in that, only burning.

If you read the label it probably says food additive 802, in laymans terms rougly translates to : ate-hole-two ,which feels like hydrochroic acid coming out your rectum.
Don't use dunny paper to clean up the aftermath as it's combustable, use a damp cloth in case you need to stamp out a fire.

That stuff sounds like it should come with a biohazard license an no smoking warning before using it on your food.

                              there is an easier solution.
just store you paper in the freezer.

I have tried some Hot Sauce, cannot remember the brand name.

My mate Brian asked me and Steve if we wanted to try it, yes we are grown men, some may even call us adults.

A drop was placed on a spoon and we had a drop each, Brian said we wouldnt need any more than that with a snigger.

At first we thought this aint that hot.

Five minutes laster the heat starts to get worse.

Ten minutes later we start sweating.

Fifteen minutes later I cannot speak comfortably.

Four litres of milk between the two of us didnt releive the pain much.
