          Hoping tonight to be doing a Crawfish boil with Andoullie Sausage, Potatoes, Corn and onions. That is if FedEx can deliver in snow storm.

            hi is crawfish same as lobster?

                            Try Orange or lemon juice.
                            Chile is an alkaline counteracted by an acid.
                            Gatorade works well too.
                            Why do you think Mexican places sell margaritas?
