    Newbie

Hello, I am a retired technician from the Federal Aviation Administration. I have 19 years of working with IT for computers and have A+/NET+ certifications. I have worked on various laser print from a multitude of manufacturers and from time to time full size office copiers (I hate calling them printers!) I have decided to do some work at home in purchasing used copiers, clean and perform PM's that is needed to resale them.

I currently have 3 copiers at home (wife complains about the room space they are taking up in the house). There is 2 Konica Minolta Bizhub C360, and 1 Konica Minolta C652, all have the 527 finishers. I already cleaned the C652 and 1 C360 while only turning on the C360. Of course as typical Government copiers they formatted the drives. I formatted the hard drive and have the administrative password installed. First problem was with the paper passage through the horizontal conveyance system fan folding the paper in it. And it came up with a Error Code of C-11E0, in turn the PS3 sensor (opto-isolater) had a loosing fitting connection so I reset it and the copier worked.

I have a 2-3 more problems but will post in the proper areas.

    It's great being retired!
It look like I will be visiting this forum for quite some time, thanks!

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
