    Seeing that most techs here can read English, but not French, it would be advisable to use an online translator to translate to English.

        the local XEROX dealer (BAC in Vannes in France) told me that he cannot provide me with the PIN code to continue using my 7545 copier...
        Is there a solution to work around this problem?

          He probably wants to charge you to send one of his techs out.

            If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Hello all,
              so here is my main problem.
              My second hand Xerox 7545 copier is asking me for a code.
              It seems that this code is from a "PAGEPACK" subscription that is no longer active.
              I contacted the local dealer in France and here is their response:
              "To answer you: a code can only be generated online with Xerox and for a machine with an active maintenance contract. So in your situation it seems impossible to me."

              I tried online on the XEROX site but it is not possible and the site asks to call the local dealer...
              So I have only one solution - if it exists - it's for a nice person to send me a code
              Is there anyone like that on this forum?
