Hello from France. I bought two used copiers XEROX 7125 and 7545 to work at home. The 7125 is old but works very well. 7545 is in courtesy mode and stores 2, 3 and 4 are not visible. I will try to ask questions on the forum to solve my problems. I have already contacted the local XEROX reseller but haven't heard back yet. Thanks again for the forum

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.

Hello all,
so here is my main problem.
My second hand Xerox 7545 copier is asking me for a code.
It seems that this code is from a "PAGEPACK" subscription that is no longer active.
I contacted the local dealer in France and here is their response:
"To answer you: a code can only be generated online with Xerox and for a machine with an active maintenance contract. So in your situation it seems impossible to me."
I tried online on the XEROX site but it is not possible and the site asks to call the local dealer...
So I have only one solution - if it exists - it's for a nice person to send me a code
Is there anyone like that on this forum?
