I'm having an issue with a es230. It won't forward scan when the print button is pressed. The lamp lights, no scan and when the return scan starts it slams into the left side frame. No codes! When I turn off/on the scanner initializes fine, moves forward reads white strip and home. Through the doc feed everything copies fine. I have replaced the scan motor, SLG board, system board and main control board. Nothing changed! Any thoughts at all? Thanks,
