You have a finisher exit tray trouble code.
Do you have the saddle finisher (left side) or standard finisher (right side)?
Check the finisher exit trays are straight, connecting plates are not bent and there is obviously nothing underneath them. You have a problem with either the lift motor assembly, lift motor, exit tray position sensors or bent connecting plates for the exit tray.

Run the lift motor test in sim 3 as well.

      AR-FN7 or AR-FN6?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          It's an AR-FN7.

The customer bends the exit tray brackets when moving the copier. Upper limit switch is actuated before the tray height sensor. Reform the exit tray brackets. Extend the actuator on the exit tray if necessary. =^..^=
