I have a docucolor 242 and when it starts up it makes a grinding noise. It prints but the noise is really loud. I think it is the pipe assembly but I am not sure how to replace. When my other machine made this noise I had Xerox tech come and replace and it cost me a fortune. Can anyone help me?
