Hi all, I am having a problem on Canon Ir5070 DADF which the DADF showed paper jam. Before sending the machine to customer everything is fine. But this happended when sending machine to customer and one of tech turn on the machine without plug-in the connector for the DADF, since then it just keep showing paper jam. Is there any method to clear this?
