Hi, has anyone had a problem with the 7728 jamming from tray 1, but only in duplex mode. The jam code recorded is J11 (tray 1 misfeed). Never a problem when using tray1 for single sided copy mode, and also no problem when in duplex mode from tray 2.
Machine has no finisher fitted, just a catcher tray.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
