Good day to you all!

I'm an owner from three copyshops in the Netherlands with a lot of Xerox machines. Most of them in contract, but a few with non.
These machines are under my support and sometimes I run in to a problem I cannot solve by myself.

So I hope I get some answers overhere and hopefully I can support somebody else with my experiences.

Lets things make simple and easy to handle!
