Hello everyone. My name is Mark and I am pretty new to the site, as well as to copiers in general.
I just thought I would introduce myself... in part so I don't get bumped off the forum for lack of participation.
Anyway, I am actually a network admin for our company that had to learn copiers by necessity. Fortunatly I am well versed in electronics, so picking up copiers was not that difficult, however I am finding that there is always something new to surprize me and to learn from.
We have gone through quite a few techs recently trying to find one with either the experience or the know-how to keep us floating. I am learning that a GOOD tech is hard to find, and I now have much more respect for you cats that have been in this game a while and/or really know your stuff.
I hope to be able to lend some valuable information in the future instead of just being a leech, trolling for a free fix by riding off someone else.
Once again, I am by nature an IT guy. I love technology and can't stand to not know how to fix something. I also love a challenge.
If I can at all help out any of you with a computer or communications issue, please don't hesitate to ask.
Sorry for the long winded post!
Thanks guys,
Mark
