    Hi all!

    Good Evening!

I'm not a service tech, to be honest. My husband and I run a very small business. We are working to make things accessible in braille. We were just offered a free copier and it was delivered by some friends tonight. We are running this operation out of our spare room in our spare time so I've come to learn about copiers. The finisher isn't working and I'd feel like a hero if I could fix it. I'm looking forward to learning from you. Everything I've read so far has been very encouraging.

    Thanks so much!

      Re: Hi all!

Glad to have you join us. Post your problem in the appropriate copier forum if you wish to get help. Be sure to specify model numbers. If you put where you are in Texas in your profile, there might be a senior tech in you area who might be willing to give you some hands on assistance.
