The worst part of it is, managing personalities! The cry babies, The lazy fucks, and the ones who feel like there work is not appreciated.. Shit you get paid to do this, so why must I appreciate.
Next, Is being cost effective. Who gets what and does it really need it!
Let's not forget to mention customers, they never understand. Or should they really!
Salesman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahh!!!!!!!!!!! Why do they go to sales training. They only come back more stupid.

It sucks.....

In my place, my boss put a 10 units iR machnie within the school. I'm the tech as well as the in charge. And the suck part is the salary.
