I just read an article about Dex Imaging buying out Modular Document Solutions in Florida. I'm wondering how this is going to affect things in Florida? I was reading years ago where Modular was buying up small mom and pop businesses and becoming a big Sharp dealer. I have also read Dex Imaging has been buying a lot of small to big companies in the south as well. What is the impact going to be in the southern states? Seems like Dex Imaging is becoming a Monopoly. What are your thoughts? Will they end up like Xerox with huge debt with sort -term payment? Will they become another Danka?
