Curious about Epson WorkForce Enterprise WF-C20590

Anybody working on these? I just read an article about them but I'm curious if they actually work well.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

They are not up to what I consider industry standard for a business copier in my opinion. They work well if you run the right media but put a finisher on it and the 100ppm become 60. Massive foot print with the finisher which slows it even more. Unreliable WiFi. No hole Punch feature. A stand alone works great if you stick to basic non-coated and standard size media. I think they are a PITA to work on but that may be because they do go a long time between having to take apart to repair. Most of my issues are related to what the copier can't do and unfortunately it seems that other copiers can do.
