Print Fleet print Rx versus Print Tracker

So I'm shopping. Shopping for software to gather automated meter readings and error messages from a wide variety of manufacturers equipment.

The ones that look promising are Print Fleet print Rx and Print Tracker. Both can gather readings from local printers, but the Print Fleet product has more in the way of analytical tools.

Other software I have looked at includes Imaging Portals, HP Net Admin, and KM-Net Service Gateway. None of these can poll locals. And the HP and KM software is proprietary so it probably won't see some of the other manufacturers products.

We not interested in handing off our printer business to a third party, like the Carbon SiX, Print4, and PageTrac.

    1) Does anyone have experience with this software?
    2) Any other options?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
