That is indeed what I was talking about, I see it every day dealings I have, talked to one cust service rep for a company that maintains a service at my house to prevent termites, she works from home, where she used to be in a local office or call center, and that is just one example, so many are now working remotely, copier/printer use has dropped a lot, not sure about schools, but would not be surprised if volume has dropped somewhat also.

I have a daughter who is a professor at Cal State University Bakersfield. They are currently about 50-50 on campus vs online. When she has an on campus lecture she get about an equal number of students that show up in person and those that are there online. She also records the lectures on Zoom so those that cannot make the class can watch later.

Well at least you are still working, I got furloughed back in 2020, myself and lots of other techs throughout the company and so far no one has been brought back to work, its all the work from home that is still going on, offices are not back up to what they used to have in them.

Just me thanks to COVID.

2 old techs but most of our time is spend delivering supplies and machines.Probably would have been better to get a job at Fedex.They make more money.

Currently 6 copy techs and 2 IT specialists.

As I know, we have 50 of them in the company of 300+ workers overall. Such a great department.

We are all five in our department. We deal with all brand , models of copier , including plotters and printers mostly HP.

Across my company, we've got 15-20. At my local shop, now 2. Down from 3
