Dispatch... You can use a smartphone for this. If you work for a company who has there own domain. You can then set up all techs with a company email and dispatch calls to the smartphone. That's how we do it.

by dispatch i mean customer phones places service call ,lazy accountant doesnt forward call in feild via text...customer gets angry,so i need a new solution....

ive tried the "whatsapp" group on the smart phones but some reason its hard for our accountant to type a text and press send...
