    Shutdown

Anyone looking at a drop in calls or an outright 'nothing to do' if the shutdown that the clowns in Washington are threatening goes through? For me, since I'm more on the IT side now I'm looking at having one of my biggest customers out of commission until this all gets squared away.

    Re: Shutdown

So far we have not it has not gotten to the no work stage. The biggest think we see is clients limping along with what they have, not wanting to replace it and wanting us to keep it going. If it gets into something where there is no money for an extended time I'm afraid that they will not be able to renew service contracts and then it will start to get bad.

Not unless they close schools, than It's just another day. We have a few Gov contracts through the manufacturer. But they don't generate calls or the CPCs like the schools do for us.

Schools are the worst: it makes me glad to know that I don't have kids because having dealt with the personnel in multiple states for various computer/copier issues I'd never want 90% of them coming near my kid for any kind of instructional purpose.
