At my place of employment, I hear about industry standards over and over again. I'm just wondering where my management actually gets these numbers, and if they're actually accurate. My first question is simple.
How many machines do each of you have assigned, and what products do you work on?
i.e.
600 machines - Servicing HP printers
200 machines - Mid Volume B/W
etc.
