Register Sharp ER-A411 after reset help

Hello,
need help for a Sharp er-a411 Register with TSE Update. I have a used cash register, a master reset was carried out (1+journal button),
and now I no longer have a menu. Did I delete that too? There is only one standby item under the mode button.
When using another button it just says that the TSE is not open.....But I can't open it because there is no menu. What is wrong ?
