Should be using the companies email or use a gmail account the customer sets up.

Your right you will spend hours fixing something that was never setup correctly.

    Good Luck.
That's just another means of gaining money for support, or just advising the customer's IT that it's the best possible option.

Overall, we've done close to thirty Stunnel set ups for MFP's or other hardware over a period of seven years and there has yet to be an issue (fingers crossed).

It may not be free but GoDaddy Groupmail allows the use of port 80 for SMTP. Port 80 SMTP cannot be blocked by your ISP.

For free SMTP email accounts with reasonable file size limits, Gmail is a solid choice, but it does come with some limitations in terms of daily sending limits. Another good alternative is Yahoo Mail, which provides reliable SMTP services.

I use Outlook which comes from Microsoft and is very effective with Office365. I think you should try this as well. Thank you.

The Outlook email provider used to be called Hotmail until Microsoft bought them out
