Has anyone seen this problem? Customer has Ricoh MPC4000 with fiery E5100. drivers loaded on print server. when printing from Cs 2, you cannot select duplex. the only time you can duplex is when the server is defualted to duplex. The kick in the head though is when you print from other apps, if works fine.
Any thought?
