Since Panasonic's surrogate support didn't want to answer their phones today. I need help with a pretty easy question.
Does the Panasonic c405 support SMTP authentication?
The customer's email host just changed their authentication scheme to require smtp authentication and now their scan to email jobs will not work.
I'm pretty sure the c405 doesn't support SMTP authentication, but can anyone clarify this?
I do have a username and password in the fields and they are correct and were working, before the email host changed it's scheme.
