print error to km c350 from mac os x

print error to km c350 from mac os x (also posted in connectivity)

when in send files from my ibook
i am getting a "printer is busy, will retry in 10 seconds"

i have tried multiple drivers - downloaded installed and deleted several
and account settings - which work from the pc's on the network

this is the only mac trying to access the printer - all others pc and all others work fine once drivers are installed and passwords assigned


possible problems:

i think it is a mac in a windows environment issue, or an account security setting

do i have to install from a CD
i am doing so wirelessly -
our network is both wired and wireless so i can go either way
some setting somewhere
i noticed that apple talk is set to off on the print out of the printer specs

settings:

protocol: LPD not IPP

queue : specified as "print"

use fiery driver: Fiery X3e

Does this machine have a Fiery controller installed?

Try loading command workstation if you don't have it already on.
