In ricoh mp2000 with printer/scanner/fax options, while trying to install scan router, when searching for I/O devices, getting error 'unable to find any I/O device' and when trying with scan to email and scan to folder in web browser, there is no option coming to enter users email ID. This happens with all OS of windows platform.

Haven't worked with this one much yet. But scan router has it's issues, with firewalls. There are some of the fax models that have to have a bit switch set to be scan router capable, this maybe that way.

stay away from scan router if you can have not had any prob
with scan to email or to folder with this . give me more details
and i will try to help you. scan to email smtp ip address if you can
verses the mail server name. and a vailt email address find out if
the email server needs auth. or not try from machine if web browser
isnt clear
