Hope someone has an answer for this. I have a customer with multiple ricoh mfps. It had been working great for close to a year. The drivers were loaded on a Windows 2003 32bit print server and they only used RPCS drivers (issues with PCL drivers on the main app that they use). They updated a major part of the network with Windows 7 Workstations and Windows server 2008 64bit for all the servers.
Now when they connect a workstation to the print server, it will load and point the driver to the new printers on the new server, and for the most part works fine. But they can no longer select the options like stapling, hole puntching, duplex, and job types.
When I spoke to the IT guy, I asked him to check if he has the accessories added to the properties of the drivers and he said that he did. I also asked him to check the limitation settings in the Advanced Option tab and make sure that its at factory default. He still can't get the options to work. They are still grayed out like the accessories were not there.
My questions is, Has anyone seen this issue?
Thanks in advance
