Have a bit of a noob question, but since I get virtually no support at work I'm afraid I'll have to ask it here.
I have a customer who has a CRM program that at the end of a chain of events outputs a mail with a random attachement (pdf, doc ...) . The destination is either a mail address if it found it in the CR database or a fax number in the form of 123456@mailaddress.com.
Now the customer told me that al he wants to do is possibly add to the mail (which would be the first page in case of a fax) and push the send button.
In case of mail I suppose everything works as is, but if he wants to fax I'm a bit stumped.
I did do a search and found this: Routing e-mail received via SMTP
Which makes it seem doable. Now my question is: How do I set this up? Will it send every kind of attachment?
Any help is appreciated!
