    Hi sunboi,
Lack of PostScript Kit (this is optional) leads to problems with printing on Mac. I had a similar problem with WorkCentre 7120. Print only B / W. After installing the PostScript Kit all problems have been solved.

    Hi Bro,

Appreciate your direction to the link. Will try my luck in there.

Anyway, I thinking I found the solution to this problem.

Previously, I had installed the driver using LPP. Today, I tried using bonjour and it does spool faster and it solve PDF printing in B&W problem.

Hope this helps to all people who might face problem when installing Mac.

Xerox Docucentre C3300 Mac Spooling problem

    Hi Guys,

I would like to request those gurus out there to help me out on this. Sincerely appreciate all replies.

I run into some problem when I did installation for Mac 10.6 Snow and Mac 10.7 Lion for DCC 3300

My Clients are from the design firms thus the files that the send to the copier through Wifi is rather huge (4MB average). Recently they called me up and told me that spooling takes about 15mins to complete.

I uses the latest printer driver software from Xerox website. Tried increasing the allocated memory but all these didnt help.

I am wondering if this is normal (but i dont feel normal) or is there any configuration i can do on the Mac or the copier to enhance the speed of the printing? I tried looking for answers over the net and I cant find any.

I do hope some friends out here can help me on this.

    Appreciate all reply!

    Thanks!
