    SC 819 code on MPC 2050 copier

    Hi Friends I'm having MPC 2050 copier working perfectly in the past period. Now Sc 819 code appear repeatedly. Any advice greatly appreciated.

          From Gooses Guide:
          Fatal kernel error: Reload controller firmware
          Fatal kernel error: Replace controller board
          Fatal Kernal error - Make sure the jumper on the MBU is set to on if the Fax option is installed
          Fatal kernel error: VM card option needs total of 1Gig of memory installed (2x512mb DIMMS)
          Fatal Kernal error - Update System/Copy firmware to V1.15 & ncs fw to 8.30 or higher & nib fw to 8.30 or higher

              Could be a corrupt print job.

              Unplug the LAN & reboot if the error clears reconnect the network if error returns update the firmware.

              Has mentioned could also be a failing HDD.

                  You might be thinking of SC 899. I had the same thought until I checked firmware history.
