Is there any way to put a pin number on this machine to stop other operators printing in colour?
The problem I have is the customer is saying they don't print a lot of colour and less Black and white,
I have checked his driver and it has been defaulted to Monochrome, colour documents on his pc come out as B/W when printed.
This customer only has one pc on site no laptops.

There is, I believe the user manual goes over the setup of account control. If I can find the setup I'll post it here
