    Do any copiers/printers still use a fuser roller and cleaning blade?

    Media 25% cotton base. after 20 pages get shadows and client unhappy. Old machine had cleaning balde and that was manageable.

    Did the customer mention that media when he bought the machine? And, if he did, did the salesperson point to the paper specifications of the machine?

      Client shopped price only, now unhappy. Svc mgr had idea that older technolgy might work.

        Well, then it's not your problem. My advise: don't try to make it work - you'll just get the customer's hopes up and then you'll have a harder time convincing him it won't do it.
