MP C6501 DUPLEX ERROR

I have MP C6501 with bad duplex unit, i use system setting and change the cassettes properties ( apply duplex to "NO" )

this work with coping but still the problem with printing from computer
in printing the paper go through duplex unit

i'm using PCL 6 , how can i force the paper to go street with out using duplex unit

Dear ruben why this wrong forum, i try to print A5 paper but i face paper jam " halve of the paper inside duplex and the other still after fusing


why this wrong form, and i can record this by video and send to you ??

I got it , there is an option in the printer drive " Eject face-up )

this solve the problem
