We are working with a major Copier OEM to find novel ways to improve their products. Who better to ask about this than the technicians that keep them running. We are looking to create a panel of Copier Technicians to assist us in this research. There will be (modest) incentives for participation in research activity, whether it be a survey or phone interview. Does this sound like something you all would be interested in?
