Centralized system to monitor photocopy machine.

Hi,

I would like to ask if there's a way to centralized and monitor all the reports generated by the photocopy machine.

For example a centralized system where could

get reports of individual counters of each(80) machine...instead of going from machine to another.
Able to accumulate all the reports of the machine and able to view previous month report.

we have use PaperCut - Print management software used by 50k organizations to control and quota printing

most current machine (konica in my case) have the ability to send the meter report to any email. just need to setup a gmail account.

Plenty of software out there (Print Fleet, FM Audit, etc) and the aforementioned Paper Cut - most manfs have a proprietary system to collect data. I know Ricoh has the @Remote Appliance, which picks up all makes & models meters.
