    E614-4000

Found a couple threads on here about this code. Neither really concluded they had fixed the machine.

I have a spare machine but someone said you cannot switch them from one machine to another or

you get another 748 code. I will order a new one.

I checked cables and format on the flash and reloaded software but the code still occurred.

Another person suggested changing the flash pcb and the main controller 1 as a set.

    Anyone else had this problem?

Not sure if anyone knows as it seems to not be a common code for these machines.

I plan on changing the Flash PCB and the Main Controller 1 as a set as recommended.

Can I use an exchange Main Controller 1 from Nationwide repair or from Hytec or

does it need to be a new board from Canon?

Installed the Nationwide exchange board and the Flash PCB and after a couple slight scares it works fine.

They did change part numbers on the Flash PCB from FM4-3143 to FM1-C901.

            Thanks for the information!
