Guys i have a problem that just came up and I wanted to see if anyone here has an idea what this may be
we installed a large collage campus 2 weeks ago, now that everyone is coming back and needing to print
the staff called us saying that when they send a print job too the secure print box on the canon and unlock
the copier with the black board card "black board release terminal" the prints coming from the secure print
side are not being counted on the release terminal.
has anyone ever set this up before?
we had this working with IR3220 type machines before but they would send to mailbox 0 insted of sending to secure print
only thing is on the C250if they don't support mailbox anymore.
