Would anyone have a copy of a field service manual for the Dr-7550C.

I keep getting a jam with a P007 Error code. I have a feeling the sensor is dirty but just dont know where to find it.

Machine powers on to a P007 jam code.


Using the service tool, it was determined that PS4, Registration post-sensor, was constantly activated. Upon further inspection, the light guide for PS4 was knocked out of place.
You can see the light guide by lifting the upper unit

Thanks for the pic's. However, that looks like the beginning of the scanning path.

A P007 error is near the eject outlet. This is the sensor that I cant seem to find.

P007= A document has jammed before exiting from the registration
post-sensor.

List of Sensors
This machine has the following sensors.
No. Name Functions and features//
1 -Document sensor = Detects whether there is a document on the pickup tray.
However, a signal is received by the light-receiving elements of the staple sensor.
2 -Pickup sensor = Detects whether a document is in the pickup position.
3 -Registration pre-sensor (left/right)= Detects whether there is a document in front of the registration
roller and double feed sensor.
4 -Registration post-sensor= Detects whether there is a document behind the registration roller.
5 -Eject sensor = Detects whether there is a document in front of the eject roller.
6 -Skew sensor (left/right)= Detects whether the document extends beyond edges
horizontally.
7 -Double feed sensor (transmission/reception)= Detects double feed of a document. A pair of ultrasonic
sensors is mounted.
8 -Door sensor = Detects whether the upper unit is open.
9 -Imprinter door sensor = Detects whether the imprinter cover is open.
10 -Shading sensor (front/back) = Detects the position of the CIS unit. In the detection state,
the CIS unit is in the shading data reading position.
11 -Tray home sensor = Detects the home position of the pickup tray.
12 -Staple sensor= Detects buildup of documents bundled with staples. Consists
of 5 light-receiving elements. The 5 LEDs on the opposite side light and the light from them is detected by the
light-receiving elements.
