I initially had a 03130031-2E23 error and switched the printer off. When I turned it back on it had E196-404D error message. I went into service mode and fixed that and now when starting up I get a Multi sensor error. Any ideas? When turned on in service mode the error code is now 03130031-2E23. Any help would be great.
