Stapling on a 5255 with a j1 finisher
hi all,
I'm having problems with stapling on a j1 finisher, the first sheet of a set will get pulled back but the others not so only sheet 1 gets stapled then the finisher pushes them out. this will happen on all sets.
Has anyone seen this fault before and able to advice on parts to order.
